Spring Recipe: Energizing Green Smoothie
For a powerful start to any of your "perfect day" paths, this smoothie is packed with nutrients.
Ingredients:
1 handful of spinach
1/2 an avocado
1/2 a green apple, cored
1/4 cup of pineapple chunks
1 cup of coconut water or plain water
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add more water if needed to reach your preferred consistency. Pour and enjoy this vibrant, energizing drink!
